Downtown Chicago Attractions, Directions and Maps
Our Chicago Vacation Rentals Location:
Our Chicago Condo Rental is located 15 minutes, 5 miles due south from downtown Chicago city center. Please see the two maps and directions below. We are 10 minutes and 2.5 miles from our convention center, McCormick Place. A great many of our guests attend trade shows at McCormick Place. We are also located 1/3 mile west of the I-90 / I-94 expressway. It is an easy 10–15 minute drive to everywhere that most people visiting Chicago want to visit. The Red Line CTA Train is 1/2 mile walk east of us. This train goes north and south through our entire city and within a short walking distance of all of our major attractions. McCormick Place is 1 train stop away. We also have a bus 1/2 city block from our door if you prefer to walk less or if walking is an issue. It is a very fast trip to all of the great attractions of Chicago. Chicago, like any major city has it’s share of crime. Our area has been voted the safest neighborhood to trick-or-treat out of 80+ neighborhoods in Chicago. We’ve lived in this Chicago neighborhood for 17 years, and 9 years in this apartment building before converting this building into Chicago Vacation Rentals. Our block is quiet and peaceful. You won’t hear traffic, bar noise and sirens all night long like you will hear in a more congested area of the city. Baseball fans will love that we are a very short walking distance from The Guaranteed Rate Field, the home of the 2005 World Champion Chicago White Sox. Chicago IL Maps:
